| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来的全球网络信息化时代从观念到局部的热点,在一定的意义上说,体现的是一个公共性文化的实践与反思的时代。现代社会的各种公共性危机,文化与价值的公共性丧失,公共文化、公共价值、公共精神等话语的出现,体现着新世纪人文社会科学学术思想研究的新趋势与新动向。
