| Abstract: | This paper analyzes research functions of vocational colleges for vocational teachers＂ psychological tanglement in scientific research work, and pointed out that teachers＂ training and incentive mechanism should be established in vocational research and importance should be attached to school-enterprise cooperation and school characteristics; At the same time, re- search strategies should vary according to different vocational colleges＂ foundation. |
