摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法研究了甘肃产甘草中挥发油的提取工艺,对挥发油成分及含量进行了定性、相对定量分析测定.以甘草的粒度、蒸馏时间、温度、料液比为因素进行单因素实验,优化提取工艺;利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油进行了成分分析鉴定.结果表明,甘草挥发油含有132种成分,以酸类、醇类和烷烃类化合物为主,以及少量的脂类和烯烃类化合物.

Abstract:In this paper, the volatile oil of licorice was extracted by steam-stilling and the chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS method. The optimum conditions in the extraction of volatile oil of Licorice have been obtained through single factor experiments. In addition, the relative content of each component of volatile oil was separated and identified by GC-MS method. The results have showed that 132 peaks were isolated. The chemical components of the volatile oil were primarily acids, alcohol, alkane hydrocarbons and a small amount of lipid and alkene compounds. It is expected that these results will provide theoretical data for further research of licorice from Gansu Province.
