| 摘 要： | 总结颅脑损伤患者并发麻痹性肠梗阻中西医结合治疗临床护理体会.方法:对15例颅脑损伤并发麻痹性肠梗阻患者采用西医治疗、配合足三里穴位注射、针刺、中药汤剂服用中西医结合施护方法.结果:患者的梗阻症状缓解明显,预后良好.结论:通过中西结合治疗、护理方法解除梗阻最大限度减少患者痛苦,使患者的病程缩短,提高了患者生存质量.

| Abstract: | Objects： to summarize the nursing care experiences of integrated traditional Chinese and western medical for patients of Brain Injury complicated with Paralytic Ileus. Methods： Western medical treatments, combined with Tsusanli Injection, Acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese medicine are use to treat 15 patients of Brain Injury complicated with Paralytic Ileus. Results： Patients＇ Ileus symptom is relived, and will be cured later. Conclusion： The treatment and nursing care of integrated traditional Chinese and western medical can get rid of Ileus, reduce the pains of patients in a maximum degree, shorten the course of the disease and improve the patients＇ survival quality. |
