| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷调查法,文献资料法,数理统计等方法对健康含义的认识、体育的需要认识、健康和学习重视程度、健康习惯行为状况、社会公德行为状况、体育课收获内容意识进行了分析研究,提出大学生从健康意识上升到健康行为的若干途径。

| Abstract: | The methods such as questionnaire,literature review and mathematical statistics have been adopted to make analysis on the meaning of the health knowledge,sports need,health and learning emphasis,social ethics behavior,and physical education harvest contents of consciousness.Some routes from health consciousness to raise health behavior of college students are put forward. |
