| 摘 要： | 众所周知,21世纪以来,国家越来越重视高校教育事业的发展。不同于以往只是注重文化课的培养,国家更加注重学生综合能力的形成。调查研究也发现,随着社会水平的提高,在经济物质高速发展的今天,人们的身体素质却在大幅度下降。教育部门不得不探索体育这门课程作为高等学校必不可少的一项课程,如何改良方能与新时代社会相适应,培养出体力充沛、体质过硬的大学生。因此,在高等体育课教学中,加以课外体育活动相辅,必会达到可观的效果。本文就如何将高等体育的课堂教学与在校大学生课外体育活动相连接进行讨论,从中探讨可行的方法。

| Abstract: | As everyone knows,since twenty-first Century,more and more attention to the development of higher education.Unlike the previous focus only on the culture course culture,countries pay more attention to the students’ comprehensive ability formation.Research also found that,with the community level,the economic substance in today’s rapid development,people’s physical quality has declined substantially.The department of education to explore the course in higher school sport as an essential course,how to improve can meet a new era of social adaptation,cultivate stamina,excellent college students physique.Therefore,in the higher physical education teaching in extracurricular sports activities,to be complementary,will achieve considerable effect.This paper on how higher education teaching and college students’ extracurricular sports activities connected are discussed,from which to explore the feasible method. |
