| 摘 要： | 本文结合武汉体育学院在运动技术诊断实验室方面的理论成果和实践经验等优势,利用实验仪器设备资源,发挥实验室的科技服务和科研功能,以国家队备战奥运会重点项目和重点运动员为对象,在项目制胜规律研究、运动员体能测试与分析研究的基础上,结合运动训练学、运动人体科学等学科的知识和成果,为教练员制定、实施和调整体能训练与恢复计划提供理论依据和实践指导,为我国优秀运动员备战重大赛事进行有效的科技服务。

| Abstract: | Combining with theoretical results and practical experience of sports technique diagnosis laboratory in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,using the advantages of the instruments and equipment resources,playing laboratory technology services and research function,to national key project preparation for the Olympics and key players for object,winning law research projects in the physical ability test and analysis,based on the research of combining with sports training study,athletes science knowledge and achievement,the formulation,implementation and for the coaches adjusting physical stamina training and recovery plan to provide the theory basis and the practical guidance for Chinese elite athletes,preparation for major competitions for effective technology service. |
