| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法的形式,对河南省20所普通高等院校健美操选修课在教学内容、师资队伍、场地设施等方面进行了调查和分析。旨在进一步明确高校健美操课的教学目标、规范教学内容、突出健美操教学在素质教育中的作用。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes investigation on teaching content,teaching staff,and sports facility of aerobics elective course from 20 universities in Henan province.The main purpose is to further clarify the objectives of the teaching aerobics,standardize the teaching content,teaching aerobics and highlight the role of quality education |
