| 摘 要： | 旧格式的束缚下,拓展运动是否能在体育健康课中顺利展开？本文通过文献资料法、调查访问、问卷调查法、数据统计等研究方法,分析调查了中山市各高校拓展运动的开展情况。从学生们对拓展运动的认识态度、拓展运动课开展的体验项目和教学形式、课堂气氛、场地器材、学生的心得体会以及教师等方面进行了深入的调查分析,并根据调查结果得出中山市各高校拓展运动课在教学内容、开展程度、场地资源设备,教师能力以及最重要的安全问题等方面存在的一些困难和不足之处,针对这些问题提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Under the constraint of the old form, can it launch in the health class of sports smoothly to expand sports？ This paper, through research approaches such as literature review, investigation, questionnaire andma - thematieal statistics, investigatesthe outward sports development in university in Zhongshan city, makes deeply a- nalysis on student＇ s cognition behavior, outward sports courses project and teaching form of experience, classroom atmosphere, field equipment, student experience and teaching staff. Based on survey, it draws conclusion that there exists some problems and shortages on the aspects of teaching content, development, field resource equipment, teacher＇ s ability and the most important security issues. Based on existing problems, some suggestions and measurements are put forward. |
