摘    要:知识技能的掌握,是人的智力因素和非智力因素共同参与的结果,体育教学中的经验表明,重视非智力因素的 培养,不但有利于人才的成长,更有利于体育课教学质量的提高。本文通过对培养动机、意志两方面的非智力因素的实 践,阐明重视非智力因素的教学才是全面的教学。

Abstract:Both the intelligent and non-intelligent factors can affect people in mastering the techniques and knowledge. Physical education experiences show that emphasis On the training of non-intelligent factors can benefit not only the growth of the students, but also the improvement of physical training quality. Via the experience in training of students ' motivation and volition, the two non-intelligent factors, the author elaborated in this article that the general teaching shoul dinclude training of non-intelligent factors.
