| 摘 要： | 笔者采用文献资料和教学实验等方法,对当前普通高校开设体育选项课问题进行探讨。"选项"教学模式的教 学实验表明:选项课有利于学生身心的全面发展。学校场地、器材短缺,学生体育基础差是影响体育选项课教学质量的 不利因素。提出完善体育选项课教学体系,提高教学质量,实现体育选项课教学与终身体育的完满结合。

| Abstract: | The thesis discussed the special sports course in normal university by the method of the studying information and doing experiment; The thesis argued that the special sports course do good to the students' psychological and physical development. The thesis put forward the perfecting of the system of the special sports course, the enhance of the quality of the teaching, and the perfect combination of the sports teaching and the idea of sports of one's all life. |
