| 摘 要： | 强化体育教学过程,不断提高体育教学效率是体育教学追求的重要目标,也是提高体育教学质量的基本途径。随着现代信息技术的快速发展,多媒体技术已在教学方面得到了广泛的运用。研究证明,在体育教学过程中运用多媒体技术,对教师、学生及教学内容均产生了积极的影响,不仅能有效的突破教学重难点,对学生体育运动技术动作的理解和掌握、对课堂教学的效率与效益都起到了事半功倍的作用。结合多媒体技术,还能更有效的实施体育欣赏教学,不仅可以开阔学生的体育视野,而且能使学生的体育欣赏能力、体育综合素质得到进一步地提高,促使学生的"终身体育"意识积极主动的形成、发展。

| Abstract: | It has a positive effect on the teachers, students and teaching contents by using multimedia technology in the process of physical education, which can not only effectively break through the teaching difficult, but enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of class teaching by he/ping students in understanding and grasping the sports action technology. Physical education combined with multimedia technology also makes sports appreciation teaching more effectively. |
