| 摘 要： | 通过对我国女子撑竿跳高运动由强到弱的发展历程的回顾，以及对当前我国女子撑竿跳高存在的问题的分析，指出后备力量不足、教练员整体素质不高、训练选材理念存在偏差是制约我国女子撑竿跳成绩进步的主要因素。
