| 摘 要： | 以改善非公经济发展环境和提升非公有制经济竞争力为研究对象,评价了内蒙古非公有制经济的发展环境,测度了内蒙古非公经济的竞争力,结果发现:2003~2011年,内蒙古非公经济发展环境处于中等水平,非公经济发展环境在逐年改善。最后结合实证分析结果,提出了提升内蒙古非公有制经济竞争力,改善经济结构,促进内蒙古经济可持续发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, in order to improve the environment and competitiveness, enhance the economic development of non -public eco- nomic in Inner Mongolia, measure the competitiveness of the non -public economy, and found ：2003 -2011, non -public economic development envi- ronment is in intermediate levels, the environment in the development of non - public economy gradually improved in Inner Mongolia. Combine empirical analysis, discusses how to enhance the competitiveness of non - public economy, improve the economic structure, promote sound and rapid economic de- velopment of Inner Mongolia suggestions. |
