高校教师专业化发展的研究

摘    要:随着教师专业地位的被认可,教师专业化发展研究也备受研究者关注。然而在目前,我国教师专业化存在培训内容、培训方式不合理,过分强调教师作为研究者反而忽视教师基本知识与技能的现象,本文认为应该通过改变培训模式,立足教育实践,设立教师专业化发展的阶段性目标的方式,促成教师的专业化发展需求和反思能力的形成。

Abstract:As the recognized professional status of teachers, researchers also were concerned about professional development of teachers. In the professional training of teachers, however, training content and methods are unreasonable. Too much emphasis is laid on teachers as researchers neglect the basic knowledge and skills. This thesis argues that we should establish milestones of teacher professional development to build the teachers" professional development needs and the ability of reflection by changing the training model based on educational practice.
