| 摘 要： | 提高中学体育教师的业务能力和学历结构的有效途径是参加成人高等函授教育。本就成人体育函授教育的特点和管理以及函授学员的特殊性进行了阐述，并提出了建议，旨在全面提高中学体育教师的综合素质，使教学质量不断得到提高。
