| Abstract: | Using the theory of nonprofit organization, this paper proposes setting up the normal idea of libraries as nonprofit organizations to solve the problems in funds and resources at libraries. It also calls on the country to make laws for nonprofit organizations to guarantee the survival and development of libraries. |
