| Abstract: | People in the rural area urgently request that all the families can receive broadcasting and TV programs. The popularization of broadcasting and TV in the rural area is a great project of political and economical significance. In order to fulfill the project, we should plan scientifically and gather social capital by employing market economy methods. Moreover, the function of the rural broadcasting and TV station should be transformed. |
