| 摘 要： | 自从有了项目管理这门学科以来,工程项目管理一直随着科学的迅猛发展而有了突飞猛进的进步。加强工程项目管理就是采取多种措施,发挥项目法人在工程建设管理中的主导作用,健全和完善"项目法人负责、监理单位控制、施工企业保证、政府部门监督"的质量保证体系,依法进行项目管理,共同控制、协调以保证项目建设的成功实施,以实现项目的最终结果及其价值。

| Abstract: | Since the subject of project management come into being,with the rapid development of science and technology,the engineering project management has made progress rapidly.We should take many kinds of measures for reinforcing the engineering management,Firstly,project person should exert the dominant function in the engineering project management.Secondly,quality assurance system should be amplified and perfected,which includes the responsibility of project person,control of supervision sector,assurance of construction enterprise and supervision of government.Thirdly,for guaranteeing the successful implement,project person should carry on the project management by law,control and harmonize together.So the ultimate outcome and value can be come true. |
