| 摘 要： | 从教育学、美学、心理学、运动训练学等多重角度，对培养高校舞蹈啦啦操运动队艺术表现力进行深入分析，以期增强舞蹈啦啦操运动队训练体系的科学性与合理性。通过对300名舞蹈啦啦操运动员问卷调查，发现了影响舞蹈啦啦操运动员艺术表现力发挥的内外因素。同时以18名专业教练员反馈信息，总结了培养舞蹈啦啦操运动队艺术表现力的侧重点及训练方法。建议高校在培养舞蹈啦啦操运动队艺术表现力的过程中，在专项技术训练、体能训练基础之上，尽量扩大舞蹈基础、乐感、表情、录像观察、心理训练等内容。以培养运动员艺术素养为先导，以提高创编的艺术性为突破，扩大多媒体和视频资料的应用率，注意教练员综合素质的提高以及教学方法的改进。

| Abstract: | From the perspectives of pedagogy, aesthetics, psychology and sports
training, this study makes an in-depth analysis of the cultivation of artistic
expression of dance cheerleading teams in Colleges and universities, in order to
enhance the scientificity and rationality of the training system of dance
cheerleading teams.Through the questionnaire survey of 300 dance cheerleading
athletes, the internal and external factors affecting the artistic expression of
dance cheerleading athletes were found. At the same time, with feedback
information from 18 professional coaches, the emphasis and training methods of
training the artistic expression of dance cheerleading team are summarized. It is
suggested that colleges and universities should expand the contents of dance
foundation, music sense, expression, video observation and psychological training
on the basis of special technical training and physical training in the process of
training the artistic expression of dance cheerleaders. With the cultivation of
athletes'' artistic quality as the guide, and the improvement of artistic quality
of creation as the breakthrough, the application rate of multimedia and video
materials should be expanded, and attention should be paid to the improvement of
coaches'' comprehensive quality and teaching methods. |
