| Abstract: | This is the story of a tempest in a tertiary institution. The first section is concerned with the detail of a proposed change to the arrangements for tea and coffee services — it could be called the boring part, but as an administrator I prefer to term it the essential background information. Following this, there are some comments of a meteorological nature on the circumstances of the disturbance; and finally there is an attempt to look at what might be concluded from it. |
