| 摘 要： | 准备活动在整个小学武术课教学过程中具有非常重要的作用，它能有效地预防运动损伤．调动学生的学习积极性，进而提高学习的效果。文章通过查阅相关文献资料并结合教学实践经验和小学生生理和心理特点，就如何科学安排小学武术课准备活动教学进行了一些尝试性的探讨。

| Abstract: | The preparations for Wushu class in the primary process of teaching have a very important role, they can effectively prevent sports injuries, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, thereby increase the effectiveness of learning. Through studyubg relevant documents and teaching practice according to practucal teaching experience, combined with physiological and psychological characteristics of primary and secondary school students, the paper does the probe on how to do teaching preparation for Wushu class in primary schools. |
