| 摘 要： | 构建多样化人才培养模式是地方高校适应社会经济、高等教育和学生自我发展的必然要求。地方高校的特点决定了其构建新型人才培养模式应从"培养目标、课程体系、培养方式、实践教学、合作办学模式"等方面着手。本文以湖南农业大学为例,分析了地方高校构建多样化人才培养模式的措施及其实施效果。
