摘    要:以通才教育、专才教育及“知识龛”的知识结构理论为当今复合型人才的培养搭建理论平台,从宏观世界、中观国家和微观个人三个层面对复合型人才培养的现实意义进行探讨,有助于构建复合型人才培养研究的完整的理论与实践体系。

Abstract:Theoretical knowledge structure of general education and professional education can function as the theoretical basis for the cultivation of composite type talents. This paper probes into the practical significance of this cultivation at three levels, namely, macro world level, national level and micro individual level. It helps to construct complete theoretical and practical systems for the research on the cultivation of composite type talents.
