| 摘 要： | 从我国志愿者现状以及NGO参与志愿者管理的特殊性入手,揭示了大型运动会志愿者管理的特征与价值;结合我国NGO志愿者管理的现状,思考了NGO参与大型运动会管理志愿者的优势;探讨了NGO参与大型运动会志愿者管理的过程,主要包括NGO参与大型运动会志愿者的招募、培训、配置、激励、评估、遣散,以期为我国NGO参与大型运动会志愿者的管理提供理论基础与现实依据。
