| 摘 要： | 本文通过对体育游戏的特点、实质以及休闲和休闲体育的文化价值的阐释，论述了我国已经进入“准休闲时代”，体育游戏之于大众休闲生活，以欣然之心态，择喜爱之项目，强躯体之筋骨，是休闲体育的真碲和价值所在。体育游戏这种对人身心具有积极影响的活动，无论过去、现在还是将来，都对人们休闲生活有着重要的意义，也是休闲体育的重要内容和手段，本文还进一步论述了民间体育游戏的弘扬与发展。
