| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国股市规模与泡沫化程度同步增长，证券市场具备鲜明的系统特性，证券市场的泡沫化根植于它的制度本身与系统特性之中，证券市场的运行机制允许并需要泡沫存在，因此，股票市场的制度选择就成了市场是否有效的重中之重，中国股市的先天性制度缺陷给泡沫的膨胀创造了绝好的条件，当前，对中国股市进行制度完善，加强监管力度，将泡沫控制在适度范围内，引导股市充分发挥正面作用，已是当务之急。

| Abstract: | As an immature market, the market scale and bubble degree of China's Stock Market grow at the same pace in recent years. The stock market contains definite systematic characteristics and its bubbling roots in the rules themselves and systematic properties. The running mechanics allow and need the existence of bubble. So whether the market is effective or not, the choice of rules and regulations in the stock market becomes the most decisive factor. The born rule's deficiency of China's Stock Market creates superior conditions for the expansion of the bubble. So it's of great urgency for China's Stock Market to improve its rules, control the bubble in proper degree and guide the stock market and cause it to play the positive roles completely. |
