| 摘 要： | 目的在烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复的不同时期应用排龈技术，观察烤瓷修复的效果及对牙龈组织的损伤情况。方法运用排龈线分别在牙体预备前、取印模前、粘接时排龈后，按常规制作烤瓷冠并试戴粘固。结果在65病例中分别在牙体预备前、取印模前、粘接时排龈，经1年以上随访观察，烤瓷修复体的颈缘形态良好，边缘密合，无一例出现牙龈炎症、出血或牙龈萎缩。结论排龈线的临床应用，为减少龈下牙体预备时对龈的创伤及出血提供了条件，为获取精确牙体预备，清晰的软硬组织界限，为保障修复体的远期疗效打下基础。

| Abstract: | Objective The PFM prosthesis by using gingival retraction has been observed something about its effect and the condition of gingival tissue＇s injury. Methods Before doing tooth preparation, impression and during try to wear and to adhere use gingival retraction cords respectively. Results and conclusion The gingival retraction cords using in the clinic has offered an advantage for reducing gingival injury and gum bleeding during tooth preparation, meanwhile it has laid the foundation for the further effect of prosthesis. Through more than one year observation ,the 65 cases has got better effect. |
