| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process of credit system adopted in RTVU and presents the advantages and limits in implementation of credit system. It is pointed out in the paper that full credit system is a forceful measure to adapt RTVU to the social demand so as to popularize higher education as well as to boost overall transform of teaching mode. |
