| 摘 要： | 从队伍建设、创作阵地、资金保障、创作理念的提升、创作品牌的确立、区域资源的挖掘等方面分析了制约丽水市文学创作队伍良性发展的因素,进而提出了促进丽水市文学创作队伍良性发展的相应建议：加大政府和组织的扶持力度;确立创作人才选拔和培养的机制;优化创作文学精品的环境;挖掘区域资源,培育文化品牌;加强文学评论,扩大创作影响;探索文学创作与文化产业＂共赢＂的模式。
