| 摘 要： | 七大前后中国共产党对中国新民主主义社会的工业化道路问题进行可贵的探索:一是从巩固执政地位的战略高度强调无产阶级政党必须把实现国家工业化作为自己的历史任务;二是提出新民主主义社会必须建立在工业化的基础之上;三是把发展资本主义工业以奠定国家工业化的物质基础作为新民主主义社会的一项基本经济政策;四是从世界工业化的角度来认识新民主主义工业化道路问题,提出利用国际资本市场解决中国工业化启动的国内资金短缺问题的大胆设想。七大前后党对工业化道路的构想反映了中国共产党对国家工业化发展规律的认识和对先进生产力的了解和掌握,对于我们构建社会主义和谐社会有着深刻的启迪。

| Abstract: | CPC made a valuable exploration on the industrial path of Chinese new democratic society before and after the 7th CPC National Congress from four aspects: emphasizing that a proletarian party should regard the realization of national industrialization as its historical task in view of the position of a ruling party;proposing that a new democratic society should be based on industrialization;developing capitalist industry to lay the material foundation as a basic economic policy;realizing the problem of new democratic industrial path from the view point of international industrialization and making a bold designing of making use of international capital market to solve the problem of the shortage of funds.These conceptions reveal that CPC realized the rules of national industrial development and advanced productivity and will enlighten us for the construction of the harmonious socialist society. |
