| 摘 要： | 在现代市场经济格局中,母子公司中适用公司法人格否认制度十分必要。为了有效保护债权人利益及社会公共利益,应该深入探讨母子公司中公司法法人格否认的基本问题及实质合并原则、深石原则等,并进一步推动我国母子公司中公司法人格否认的立法工作。
