| 摘 要： | 提升组织力是切实贯彻落实党的路线、方针、政策和决策部署的重要保证,在基层党组织建设中尤为重要。高校通过提升基层党支部组织力,可以进一步推动高等教育发展,落实好立德树人根本任务,促进党建和业务相融合。Z大学F研究院自2018年以来,根据工作实际进行了支部设置模式探索,依托科研团队组建师生联合党支部,从优化支部设置、夯实支部制度建设、创活党建联动模式等方面着力提升支部组织力,取得了阶段性进展,为高校党支部组织建设提供了更多启示。

| Abstract: | Improving organizational strength is an important guarantee for effectively implementing the Party’s line,principles,policies,and decision-making arrangements,and is particularly important in the construction of grass-roots Party organizations.By improving the organizational strength of grass-roots Party branches,colleges and universities can further promote the development of higher education,implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,and promote the integration of Party building and Party affairs.Since 2018,the F Institute of Z University has carried out an exploration of the branch setting mode in accordance with the actual work,relying on the scientific research team to form a joint Party branch of teachers and students,and focusing on improving the organizational strength of the branch from the aspects of optimizing branch setting,consolidating institutional construction,and activating the interaction mode of Party building.It has achieved phased progress and provided more inspiration for the organization construction of Party branches in colleges and universities. |
