| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法对广州体育学院体育教育学系62名羽毛球专修大学生进行了运动损伤流行病学调查。结果显示,受试者运动损伤情况严重,总体损伤率达到91.67%,人均损伤次数1.75次;常见损伤部位依次为:踝关节(24.76%)、膝关节(23.81%)、肘关节(19.05%)、腰部(12.38%)、肩关节(11.43%)、腕关节(6.67%)、眼部(1.90%);损伤发生的主要原因是:准备活动不合理、技术动作错误、违背运动原则、身体状态不佳等。

| Abstract: | By questionnaire survey and interview,this study made a sports injury epidemiological survey of 62 badminton major undergraduate students in Faculty of Physical Education,Guangzhou Sport University.Results showed that the participants’ sports injury situation was serious,the overall injury rate 91.67%,the per capita number of injury 1.75 times,and common injury parts were in the ankle(24.76%),the knee(23.81%),the elbow(19.05%),the waist(12.38%),the shoulder(11.43%),the wrist(6.67%),the eye(1.90).The main reasons for the injuries were unreasonable warming-up exercise,incorrect technical movement,against movement principle,and poor health condition,etc. |
