| 摘 要： | 医学是一门实践性很强的科学,临床教学基地对医学生的培养起着至关重要的作用。其中,学科建设、师资队伍素质高低是影响教学水平的重要因素。本文总结了我院加强学科人才建设,提高人才素质,促进教学医院可持续发展的的经验及取得的初步成效。
