| 摘 要： | 日本私立大学在长期的发展过程中，形成了独具特色的学校法人制度。由于大学的特性和发展历史不同，日本私立大学的治理形态呈多样化。根据治理形态的不同，管理的课题也各不相同。但无论如何，作为从事学术研究，进行教育和科研工作的大学，不应该受到来自外界的其它任何干涉，学术应该按照自身的规律发展并不断地完善。其制度保障的前提，就是学术自由和大学自治。

| Abstract: | Japanese private universities have formed a unique university legal system in the long -term de- velopment. The Japanese private university governance patterns are diversified due to the different charac- teristics and development history of every university. The management subjects also vary with the different forms of governance. Nevertheless, the University, in which the academic research and education are dealt with, should not be subject to any interference from the outside world. The academic research should devel- op in accordance with its own laws and continue to improve. The premise of the system to protect is academ- ic freedom and university autonomy. |
