摘    要:通过对10~12岁儿童游泳运动员最大吸氧量的测试,表明随着水龄的增加,肺活量水平也在不断地提高,成绩也相应提高,为其打好了有氧代谢供能能力的基础。

Abstract:The testing of maximum VO_2 of children aged from 10 to 12 showed that the longer they were able to swim,the better vital capacity,performances and aerobic metabolism they had.
