| 摘 要： | 维护美国的国家安全，实施真正的经济转型并使地球免受气候变化之害，使用可再生清洁的新能源迫在眉睫势在必行。应用新能源，有利于降低对进口石油的依赖性；有利于再造新兴产业“绿色”岗位；有利于降低地球的“温室”效应。奥巴马在预算案中提出多项能源改革措施，鼓励研发新兴能源，以此在创造数百万工作机会的同时，可降低国家对石油的消费，并达到控制温室效应的目的。为此，在新能源应用方面，奥巴马政府提出了一系列行之有效的措施，以解决美国能源问题。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of safeguarding U.S. national security and implementing real economic transformation to protect the earth from climate changes, the use of renewable clean new energy sources is extremely urgent and imperative. The application of new energy sources is helpful not only to reduce dependence on imported oil, to create ＂green＂ jobs from emerging industry, but also to reduce the earth＇s ＂greenhouse＂ effect as well. Barack Obama in the Budget proposes a number of energy reform measures to encourage the development of new energy sources, thus creating millions of jobs at the same time, reducing the country＇s oil consumption, and achieving the purpose of controlling the greenhouse effect. To this end, in the new energy applications, Obama has put forward a series of effective measures to solve U.S. energy problems. |
