| 摘 要： | 在调查研究的基础上，应用现代综合评价理论与方法，提出了国防科技重点实验室综合评估的概念，着重探讨了综合评估指标体系及其评估标准，并阐述了用模糊综合评价法评估国防科技重点实验室的实施程序，最后，以实例说明了评估的实际操作过程。本文对实际的评估工作具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Through making investigation and applying modern theory and method of synthetic appraisal, this thesis put forward the concept of synthetic appraisal of key laboratories of national defense science and technology. Furthermore, the author put emphasis on exploring the index system and standards, and described the implementing procedures by fussy synthetically evaluating method. Finally, a typical example of practical operation of the evaluation process was given. This research thesis has a certain reference value in practical evaluation work. |
