| Abstract: | Cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine, best known as RDX, is one of the most important explosives used today. It is harmful to human health. RDX concentration in serum had been taken as a diagnostic guide in munition workers handling RDX, so the quantitative analysis of RDX in serum is very important. In literatures, some methods such as GC 1] and R P-HPLC 2,3] have been reported in the measurement of RDX in body fluids, but these methods were timeconsuming and complicated. A improved RP-HPLC method for determining RDX in serum of rabbit was presentedin this paper. |
