| 摘 要： | 信息生态位概念和理论的提出为信息服务机构的组织管理提供了新视角。本文在分析了信息服务机构及其部门信息生态位基本理论的基础上,借鉴信息功能生态位、信息资源生态位、信息时空生态位的原理对信息服务机构部门设置、资源配置、时空布局等问题进行了探讨,提出了优化信息服务机构部门设置、资源配置和时空布局的对策建议。
