| 摘 要： | 在国际上,英国政府信息服务收费制度富有特色,对我国政府信息事业建设具有借鉴意义。应对英国政府信息服务收费政策的利弊进行认真分析,结合国情,统筹考虑服务性质、消费需求、竞争情况、生产成本和目标利润等因素来制定收费政策。
