| 摘 要： | 隐性知识在知识经济时代成为人们参与竞争的重要资源,对隐性知识的挖掘以及合理转化为能被人们掌握、利用的有用知识是人们关注的热点。本文将虚拟现实技术引入到隐性知识转化中,分析其在隐性知识转化中的技术优势,从创建学习环境、构建技术平台、提供实现技术、模拟自主行为等四个方面详细地论证了虚拟现实技术在隐性知识转化中的重要作用,设计出一种有利于隐性知识转化的虚拟现实系统,试图以一个新视角探求原有隐性知识转化中的困境问题。
