| 摘 要： | 在当今复杂多变的社会环境中,领导的授权艺术在组织管理中的地位与作用将越来越重要和突出。正确把握授权的内涵,克服领导授权的各种障碍性因素,灵活运用各种领导授权的技巧艺术,对于实现科学有效的领导授权至关重要,而只有这样才能摆脱传统的领导方式,实现领导方式的现代化。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,with the social environment undergoing complicated changes,leaders' art of decentralization is playing a more and more significant role in the process of organization and administration.To correctly master the connotation of decentralization,overcome the hindrance and flexibly adopt the art of leaders' decentralization has a vital bearing on the realization of scientific and effective decentralization of leaders.And only in this way,can we get rid of the traditional mode of leadership and bring it to modernization. |
