| 摘 要： | 对科技人员开展继续工程教育是新时期我国走新型工业化道路的需要,是企业获得持续发展的力量之源,是科技人员适应知识经济时代挑战的必然选择。美国继续工程教育有着悠久的历史,其社会各界的重视程度很高,拥有多元化的办学主体,形成了相对成熟的继续工程教育体系,这些都对相对落后的我国继续工程教育有着极大的启示。

| Abstract: | Offering scientific and technical personnel the continuing engineering education is a necessary measure to take on the new industrial road in the new age.It is also the power source of enterprise sustained development and the necessary choice for scientific and technical personnel in face of challenges of the knowledge economy.American continuing education has a long history with a diversity of schools and has formed a relatively mature continuing engineering education system.All circles of society pay much attention to it.These provide inspirations to China's relatively backward continuing engineering education. |
