| 摘 要： | 本文为探讨研究电力企业劳务用工人员存在的风险与人员管理方式，对电力企业人力资源培训的风险与管理方式进行了深入的探讨总结，主要提出了在维持劳务工队伍稳定性、增加对派遣单位的资质审核、增加对劳务工的培训及激励机制等方面有针对性的提出了相应管理方式。 |
