| 摘 要： | 《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(试验稿)》的公布与实施，迫切要求师范院校小学教育专业《小学数学教材教法》教学的改革。实践证明：注重实用性，改革教学内容；突出师范性，强化训练机制，是《标准》下实现《教法》教学目标的正确思路和有效方法。
