| 摘 要： | 通过分析全球金融危机发生以来中国与东盟国家的经济形势,阐述了当前中国与东盟国家在金融合作方面的进展及存在问题,提出在2010年中国—东盟自由贸易区运作前后,该区域应当加强以新加坡及其货币为"领头羊"的金融合作,健全银行跨国经营体系,明确各国政府的责任与义务。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the economic situation of China-ASEAN countries since the global financial crisis’s occurrence and expatiating on the progress and the problems in financial cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,the article argues that,before and after the CAFTA operation in 2010,Singapore and its currency-led financial cooperation should be strengthened in the CAFTA,multinational operating system of banking should be improved,and obligations and responsibilities of the governments should be clearly defined. |
