| 摘 要： | 现代远程开放教育已成为构建学习型社会的重要手段,在全新的现代远距离开放教育形式下,面对工作在最基层的山区、农村学校教师这样的特殊群体,地县级电大班级辅导员应履行哪些职责,如何开展好“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目工作,更新管理观念,探索新的管理模式,来管理好每一位学员,使每一位学生能达到试点项目培养人才的目标以保证试点工作质量,是一个有必要也必须认真思考的问题。

| Abstract: | Modern and open distance education has become an important means of constructing a learning-based society.In this new form of education,how much responsibility the teachers working in basic level rural and mountainous regions and the tutors at county level should take to ensure the concrete work of the pilot program of Talent-training Model Reform and Open Education" and the good management of its every learners and the quality of learning should be considered seriously.The paper focuses on the role of the tutors at the county level and the author's personal experience as a tutor at the county level. |
