| 摘 要： | 云南与印度西孟加拉邦的IT产业发展正处于吸引外资和先进技术的“引进来”阶段.西孟加拉邦在IT人才培养、软件研发等方面有优势,而云南省的IT产业面临着人才技术短缺,国际化程度低等问题.未来云南与西孟加拉邦IT产业合作的现实在于加强IT技术、教育、人才方面的合作,而并非IT产品的市场拓展.

| Abstract: | Both Yunnan and West Bengal＇s Information Technology （IT） was in an introducing stage, which need to absorb foreign capital and advanced technique. West Bengal has the advantage in IT personnel training, software research. Yunnan province＇s IT development lacks of talents and technique, and low degree of internationalization. The cooperation of Yunnan and West Bengal＇s IT industry should and only could be rest with strengthen the field of technique, education and talents, rather than the trade or business field about IT products. |
